Admission Process

For Electromechanics / Electrotechnics / Mechatronics

  • Study the information of the programme online or download and study the brochure of the programme you are interested in from the webpage.
  • Fill the application form online (submit all neccesary documents). You will be contacted by the IIT admission office via the official email or phone number. You are required to pay an application fee of N5,000.
  • Wait to be invited for an entrance exam.
  • If successful, you would be invited for a faculty interview.
  • If you cross this stage, you would be invited for a management interview which you have to attend with your parents (for school leavers programme only)
  • If successful, you would be invited to pick up your admission letter.
  • Attend the orientation programme. Classes resume immediately.
I had some troubles initially with the fees, but received a scholarship grant, and so I made it; I finally made it to IIT.
