Student life at IIT is structured, supportive, and engaging. Students receive technical training while also participating in leadership development, sports, spiritual growth, and community activities that build strong values and character.
Yes. Industrial visits are part of the curriculum. Students visit companies, factories, and technical facilities to gain real-world exposure and see how modern industries operate.
Yes. Students are placed in internship and industry-training programmes with partner organizations to gain hands-on experience and improve employability.
Yes. IIT organizes leadership camps, excursions, value-formation activities, seminars, cultural trips, and community service programmes to build confidence, teamwork, and discipline.
Yes. IIT has a secure and well-equipped hostel facility opposite the campus. It provides 24-hour power and water, study areas, a kitchen, and close supervision for a conducive living and learning environment.
IIT has a multipurpose sports court for football, volleyball, and basketball, along with badminton and table tennis areas. Sports are encouraged as part of holistic education.

Yes. Every student completes personal and group technical projects before graduation. Projects are industry-focused and must be defended before a panel.
Yes. Through the Tutorial Programme, each student is assigned a tutor who provides academic guidance, personal mentorship, and support in character formation.
Yes. Through needs-based Palliative Support, students facing genuine financial hardship may receive temporary help such as food, transport support, or study materials — based on verified need.
Every student has health insurance. IIT has first-aid and safety officers on campus, and a nearby partner clinic handles emergencies and urgent care.
Yes. Students have opportunities for Holy Mass, spiritual direction, and personal reflection. Students of all faiths are welcomed and respected.
Yes. Periodic retreats and recollections help students reflect, build values, strengthen spirituality, and develop inner discipline.
