At IIT, learning goes beyond technical skills. Our Tutorial Programme provides structured advisory and mentorship designed to support each student’s personal growth, academic success, and character development.

Every student is assigned a tutor — a mentor who meets with them regularly to guide their progress, encourage good study habits, and help them build strong values such as discipline, integrity, responsibility, and respect. Through one-on-one conversations, group guidance, and goal-setting sessions, tutors help students reflect on their personal and professional journey and make meaningful improvements.

The programme ensures that no student walks alone. Whether adjusting to school life, handling academic challenges, or planning for future career opportunities, students receive support, motivation, and direction. This mentorship culture fosters maturity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose — qualities that prepare our graduates to excel in work and life.
